Sprayground ships anywhere in the World. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Please note import/duty fees are not included in the shipping costs.

P.O. BOX/APO FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, FEDEX will not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address but they may be used as a billing address if need be.

Defective Bags

Blending functionality and style, we have created a custom collection of bags to address your every need. Our bags are built to last, and we stand behind them.

We offer a limited warranty on all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after original purchase date from

All defective merchandise purchased from an authorized Sprayground dealer, must be returned directly to the retailer.

We'll be happy to cover the costs on all domestic returns of defective bags.

Warranty Claim

If you purchased a bag from and it has defects in its contruction or materials, you may fill out the form below to initiate a claim.

Defects on bags from international customers will be handled on a case by case basis

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy


Qualifying products* purchased online through may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Sprayground.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process.
