How can I create an Account?

Unfortunately, subscribing to our newsletter doesn't automatically create an account for you. You need to do that separately on this page. The pros of having an account with us? You can checkout faster and track your orders (and access previous orders)!

What if I forget my password?

No worries — these things happen! Simply visit our sign-in page and click on “Forgot your password?” Then follow the prompts to reset it.

Why isn't my order history showing up?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay

Why do I have 2 charges on my credit card?

A preauthorization is the full value of the order when you submit your order at checkout. By submitting payment you authorize Sprayground to charge your CC up to that amount and that amount has a temporary hold put on it until the order is ready to ship, when payment is actually captured and funds are transferred out of your account. When an order is cancelled, shorted, or errors out the pre-authorization is voided, which can take 2-3 business days depending on your bank. The pre authorized amount is the absolute maximum charge that can be captured for that transaction.

What ship methods are offered?

We offer Free Standard Shipping via USPS, FedEx SmartPost, and UPS. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States and some religious holidays. If you would like to expedite your order, select FedEx 2 Day at checkout. Price will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight.

Why doesn’t my Discount Code work?

If the sign up code has been used previously the code won't work as it is a one-time use. If you haven’t used the code previously please contact us at help@sprayground.com for assistance.

Does Sprayground do price matching?

We are unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

Yes, but only via USPS [standard shipping] and choosing expedited shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes

Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO Address?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

I live in Puerto Rico, What is the Shipping Fee and when will I get my order?

If you live in Puerto Rico you are eligible for free shipping. You will receive your order <1 Week after it leaves our distribution centre.

Do you Ship Outside the US?

Sprayground is proud to ship to over 227 countries! Please allow additional processing time for international orders and note that customers are responsible for paying Duties and Taxes at the time of delivery. Interntational order are final and we do not accept returns.

How is International Shipping Calculated?

Like domestic shipments, shipping for international orders is based off weight and destination.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Sprayground is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.


How can I make changes to my order?

Orders are processed less than hour of being placed and changes cannot be made once processed. If you need to change your address please email help@sprayground.com

Why was my order cancelled?

In the event we are unable to fulfill your order you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for refund within 2 business days.

How can I cancel my Order?

All cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour during business hours from when the order was placed and our customer service team will do our best to accommodate. In any event you can always request a return shipping label to send back.


How Do I check the status of my Order?

If you have an account with us, log in. Visit “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.
If you don’t have an account with us, contact
 help@sprayground.com with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. We’ll send you a separate email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure xxxx is on your safe list. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.

How long does it take to process an order?

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped. Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team and be sure to include your order number to expedite the process.

I placed an order after 12pm EST but need it tomorrow, what should I do? 

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate expedited shipping after our cutoff

My order says delivered but it has not yet arrived, what should I do?

If you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors and your local Post Office first. Please note USPS tends to scan the package delivered once it reaches the local hub, and then within the next few business days the package will arrive. If your order isn’t found in 2 business days please contact us at help@spraygr for further assistance.


I received a damage item, what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at help@sprayground.com immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

What is the Sprayground Quality Warranty?

We offer a limited warranty on all defects in materials. To place a claim please email help@sprayground.com


Due to the exclusivity of our items we launch very limited quanity, therefore no product will ever be restocked.

How do I care for my Backpack?

We suggest spot-cleaning your backpack with a damp washcloth. Please note: Do not put it in the washing machine!


What is your return policy?

If you need to return your online purchase, we will be happy to issue a refund for unworn, undamaged, and tagged items within 14 days of purchase (for US orders only. International orders are final sale). To start a return, click here.

How do I start a return?

To start your return CLICK HERE and enter the Order Number and shipping Zipn Code. Follow the steps to submit your return request and if eligible you should receive a prepaid USPS return shipping label to print via email or download directly. Package up the items you wish to return ensuring all original tags and sanitary guards are in place. Seal the parcel, attach the shipping label, and drop at your nearest USPS location.

When should I expect my Refund?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once your return is received and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution.

Why isn’t my order showing up in the Return Portal?

Please be sure to use your order confirmation number and the email used when you originally placed the order. The order confirmation number should start with a '9' and can be found on your order confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my return?

Once your return arrives at our NJ warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution.

Can I return Sprayground product that i purchases elsewhere?

We are only able to accept/assist with returns of Sprayground product from Sprayground.com. For assistance with product purchased elsewhere we recommend contacting the retailer directly.  

How do I request a price adjustment?

We are unable to accommodate requests for price adjustments at this time. If the item you purchased is still in stock simply re-purchase at the desired price and return the previously purchased units if still within the 30-Day Return Window
