Our Commitment

At Sprayground, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and assure fans and customers that defects in materials and workmanship are not the norm. We have dedicated teams overseeing production from start to finish and quality oversight is our top priority. While our products are designed to last, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. Our warranty reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and product integrity.

Each of our products is crafted with care using durable materials and innovative designs to ensure longevity and performance. However, in the rare event that there is an issue, we stand behind our products and are here to help. Our bags, luggage and accessories have a 1-Year Warranty Commitment. Past that time, we are a little stricter as product sells out and is harder to replace an item in certain situations if damages occur.

If you experience a problem with your Sprayground bag, luggage or accessory within 1 (one) year of purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our team of creative and passionate individuals are dedicated to evaluating each case individually to determine the best course of action, whether that be a replacement or store credit. To assist you, we require proof of purchase, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos of the issue or damage.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

While we stand by the quality of our products, this warranty does not cover a few things, mostly wear-and-tear of life's natural flow of product use and several other items listed below:

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, or other aesthetic changes that do not impact functionality.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care and cleaning methods (check out our FAQ's page for more information about proper care)
• Damage occurring during transit (such as airline handling); in such cases, claims should be filed directly with the transit company.
• Changes in fabric characteristics due to normal use, such as softening of vegan leather or fading of colors.
• Chipping or peeling of metal or painted elements.
• Lost or stolen items, or non-defective components of multi-piece products (e.g., keychains, tags, or decorative attachments).
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g., Poshmark, eBay, Depop) or during special "DBD Sales" where products are not of first quality and final sale.

Resolution and Support

For eligible warranty claims, Sprayground may, at its discretion, offer a replacement product or store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping). If an exact replacement is unavailable, a comparable item or store credit will be provided.
