I just got a new leather backpack from you guys a week ago and it has so many scratches on it. I don’t know where they come from cuz it sits in my car. But I would love to know how to clean and remove them please.
My zipper tabs broke off my limited edition bag . Is there a way I can get replacements? And the clear bag can you use the same cleaning method
